This beauty brand sells premium beauty products globally. They had a strong core market but struggled to scale profitably into new geos. Their retention infrastructure was weak, and acquisition costs were rising. Operational inefficiencies in order fulfillment and analytics made it difficult to scale without breaking the backend.

WHAT WE DID

We began by auditing their entire funnel: from email/SMS flows to site conversion and logistics. We designed segmented retention flows, layered multi-geo ad campaigns, tightened attribution and analytics, and refined operational processes so scale wouldn’t break the backend. We also optimized the site’s checkout and product pages to improve conversion and average order value.
